Pan-Seared Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Mix flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt/pepper in a large bowl.
On a plate, blend light olive oil with lemon juice.
Dip salmon in the oil/lemon mix, then coat in the flour mixture.
Heat light olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets skin side up, meat side down.
Sear for 2-3 minutes without moving, then sear sides for about a minute each. Flip to skin side and cook for 3 minutes.
For the creamy dill sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
Serve salmon fillets topped with creamy dill sauce, garnished with fresh dill and lemon slices.
