As comforting as a warm embrace is, there’s nothing quite like returning home to the aroma of a home-cooked meal. Here is where the Slow Cooker Broccoli and Beef steal the show. The classic Chinese stir-fry that so many of us get when we want takeout is the inspiration for this meal. The reality is, however, that not everyone has the luxury of time to whip up stir-fry whenever the mood strikes. With the ease of a slow cooker, you can whip up this mouthwatering dish in no time at all, complete with tender beef and bright broccoli. It will rescue the day on weeknights, is flavorful, and your slow cooker is going to be put to good use!
The combination of slow-cooked beef and broccoli with fluffy white rice is a timeless classic that never fails to satisfy. However, for those who want a lower carb option, it tastes as delicious over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice, adding a vegetable twist. For that restaurant-worthy touch, top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if you’re in the mood.
