Craving something light yet indulgent? Let the flavors of a tropical paradise whisk you away with this Tropical Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad! This refreshing blend combines the best of luscious cheesecake and vibrant fruits, creating a symphony of flavors that will make your taste buds sing. Ready in just 20 minutes and serving six, it’s the perfect treat for a warm day or a summer potluck. Here’s everything you need to whip up your own:

Ingredients:

8 oz package of cream cheese
3.4 oz package of instant cheesecake pudding mix (unprepared)
1 cup of French Vanilla Creamer (liquid)
1 lb of strawberries, hulled and sliced
4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
20 oz can of pineapple tidbits, drained
3 kiwi, peeled and cut into half-moons
2 mangoes, diced into bite-sized chunks
1 banana, sliced into coins
Juice of 1/2 lemon.

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add the dry pudding mix and beat until combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of creamer to loosen it. Then, with the mixer on low, gradually incorporate the rest of the creamer (one tablespoon at a time) until fully combined and smooth.
Combine the Fruits: In a large bowl, mix strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, kiwi slices, and mango chunks together.
Fold in the Cheesecake Mixture: Gently fold the creamy cheesecake mixture into the bowl of fruits, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
Add the Bananas: Toss banana coins in lemon juice to prevent browning, drain, and then fold them into the salad.
Chill or Serve: Chill the salad until you’re ready to serve, or enjoy immediately if you can’t wait!
