Then why not make this tonight? To begin with, it’s a great method to increase the amount of herbs in your diet, and the golden, cheesy crust is the ideal topping for a satisfying crunch. Traditional comfort food can have a modern twist with this take on meatloaf.
For the most satisfying comfort food, try Herb-Crusted Parmesan Meatloaf with garlicky mashed potatoes and buttered green beans. To lighten things up a bit, try serving it with a side salad or some roasted veggies. The finest part, though? Lunch leftovers that will make your coworkers green with envy are as tasty the following day!
Two pounds of ground beef (80/20 for taste!) seasoned with herbs and Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups of bread crumbs
– Grated Parmesan cheese, measuring 1 cup (and maybe a little more) How incredibly -excellent crust
2-Huge Eggs

Ingredients:

– Minced garlic – Finely chopped onion – Three cloves of garlic
– 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme – 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano – 2 teaspoons of salt – 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons

Half a cup of milk

Two tablespoons of ketchup in addition to half a cup
