Tasty potato and vegetable bake

1 cup of heavy cream or milk (you can use this for a creamier outcome if desired)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish).

Getting ready
Before you bake, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the vegetables. Prepare all the vegetables by cutting them as listed in the ingredients.

Place the vegetables in the baking dish in separate layers. Begin by putting a layer of sliced potatoes. Then, add a mix of the other vegetables like carrots, red pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli. Continue adding vegetables until you have used all of them.

Add olive oil to the vegetables for flavor. Spread the dried thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly on top.

Add cheese on top: Sprinkle the grated cheese over the vegetables. If you want your food to be creamier, pour some heavy cream or milk evenly over it before adding the cheese on top.

To bake, cover the baking dish with foil and place it in the oven that has been preheated for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

Add a decoration and serve: Once it’s done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a while. Add some chopped parsley right before serving.
