180 grams of high-quality dark or milk chocolate
400 grams of fresh cream

Melt the Chocolate: Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it is completely melted.
Whip the Cream: In a mixer, whip the fresh cream on high speed for about 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency similar to whipped cream.
Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
