Made with a tasty combination of vegetables and sometimes meat, wrapped in thin dough and fried until crispy.

List of ingredients:

For the stuffing:

1 cup of cabbage, thinly sliced.

1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrots

1/2 cup of bean sprouts

1/2 cup of mushrooms, chopped into small pieces.

1/2 cup of cooked chicken or shrimp, finely chopped (if desired)

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

1 spoon of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Add salt and pepper as desired.

For the rolls for spring:

20 sheets of spring roll dough

1 egg, whisked (to close)

Oil for frying vegetables
