Small meatloaf bites filled with cheese.

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) before using it. Get a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.

Combine the ingredients for the meatloaf. In a big bowl, mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Create the pieces: Take a little bit of the meat mix, flatten it in your hand, put some cheddar cheese in the middle, and then shape the meat around the cheese to make a ball. Put on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Do the same with the rest of the meat and cheese.

Make the glaze: In a little bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Spread this mixture on top of each piece of meatloaf.

Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the meatloaf bites are fully cooked and the tops are browned.

Serve: Add more chopped parsley on top before serving.
