2 lbs chuck roast
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
12 oz egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Beef:
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred Beef:
Shred the beef in the slow cooker.
Cook Noodles:
