Salted Caramel Bites

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Combine the brown sugar with the vanilla. Dissolve the brown sugar by stirring.
Once the mixture starts to boil, increase the heat. As the liquid begins to bubble and lighten in color, stir constantly for around three to four minutes. I can almost taste it!
Quickly remove from heat and pour over crackers. Use a rubber spatula to gently mix the crackers until they are well coated.
On top of the crackers, sprinkle the kosher salt.
After 8 to 10 minutes, check to see whether it’s burning
