Pan-Seared Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 lbs Salmon Fillets, sliced into portions
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Light Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • Creamy Dill Sauce:
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
