To start making this delicious McDonald’s-style sundae with the Thermomix, start by dissolving the cornstarch in a little milk (ideally cold).

Once the cornstarch is well dissolved in the milk, pour the mixture into the Thermomix bowl.

Then add 70 grams of sugar, the rest of the milk, the butter and the vanilla.

Program for 10 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees and speed 2.

After this step, pour the result into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator until it is completely cooled, a few hours will be enough.

Once the cooling time has elapsed, add the rest of the sugar to the Thermomix bowl to spray it,

then program for 15 seconds using a progressive speed of 5 to 10.

Then attach the butterfly accessory, pour the egg whites onto the caster sugar and program for 8 minutes at speed 3.

About 30 seconds before the end of the program, pour in the very cold mixture.

Finally, distribute the result into individual molds or

plastic cups, then place them in the freezer to chill until ready to enjoy.

When serving, accompany these succulent McDonald’s Thermomix sundaes with toppings or syrups of your choice.
