1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
