Ingredients for the mashed potatoes:

2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into four pieces. Two pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters.

4 tablespoons of butter

Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

For the meat and sauce: 1 pound of minced meat

1 medium-sized onion, diced

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of plain flour

2 cups of broth made from meat.

1 tablespoon of a type of sauce called Worcestershire.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

You can include 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots if you want.
