1. Get the ground meat brown. Put it in the slow cooker after browning.
Mince the carrots and potatoes and peel them. Throw them into the slow cooker.
3. Chop the onion and put it in the slow cooker after peeling it.
4. Garnish the slow cooker with the dried oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder.
5. Combine the tomato paste with the hot water in a another bowl. Stir until well blended. Add the Worcestershire sauce and crumble in the beef bouillon cubes. Mix until all ingredients have dissolved.
Sixth, top the slow cooker with the tomato mixture.
7. To make sure everything is evenly distributed, gently stir all of the ingredients in the slow cooker. If the ingredients aren’t completely submerged, add a bit extra boiling water.
8. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours.
To thicken the stew, use 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry, if preferred. Add the slurry to the stew and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
