4. Put the buttermilk in and stir until the dough comes together.

Put the dough on a floured surface and gently press it a few times.

Press the dough down until it forms a rectangle that is around 1/2 inch thick. Separate it into 12 equal pieces.

Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough and fold the dough over it, pressing the edges to seal.

Put the biscuit bombs on the baking sheet with the folded side facing down.

Put melted butter on the top and add some garlic powder.

Cook for 15-18 minutes until the food is a golden color and the cheese is melted and soft.

After baking, spread the remaining melted butter over the dish and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top. Warm it up and enjoy it!

You can taste different kinds of cheese such as cheddar and pepper jack, they both taste delicious. You can also add some bacon or a small spoonful of your preferred jam to give it a mix of sweet and savory taste. To make it tastier, mix red pepper flakes with garlic powder. If you don’t have buttermilk, you can easily make a replacement by mixing milk with lemon juice.
