Honey Garlic Ribs

1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake the ribs for 1 hour.
5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400Β°F (200Β°C), and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are golden and sticky.
6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour this slurry into the remaining sauce in the baking dish and place over medium heat. Cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Drizzle the thickened sauce over the ribs and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
