Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Split lobster tails lengthwise and brush with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix remaining butter with lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Grill lobster tails, flesh side down, for 5-6 minutes. Flip and brush with lemon herb butter. Grill for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with extra lemon herb butter on the side.
