Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice (used glutinous rice or sub with other rice)
- 3/4 cup kale stems, finely chopped (or use broccoli stem)
- 15-20 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped -optional (used mini King Oyster mushrooms)
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely minced ginger
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil for Cooking
SEASONING
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt & pepper to taste Each
SAUSE
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce/tamari
- 1 chopped Thai chili (optional)
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
