Prepare the Ingredients:
1. Peel and finely grate the carrot.
2. Mince the garlic cloves.
3. Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water. Peel and separate the yolks from the whites, grating each separately.
4. Grate the processed cheese squares and the hard cheese.
5. Peel and grate the green apple.

Layer the Salad:
1. In a large bowl or directly on a serving platter, begin with a layer of grated carrot.
2. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the carrot.
3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the garlic.
4. Add a layer of grated processed cheese.
5. Next, layer the grated green apple.
6. Apply another thin layer of mayonnaise.
7. Add the grated egg whites followed by the grated hard cheese.
8. Finish with a topping of grated egg yolks for a bright yellow accent.

Chill and Serve:
– Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors blend beautifully.
– Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or enjoy as a light, satisfying meal.
