Ingredients:
1 cup of vegetables such as celery, yellow or red peppers, onions or green beans.
1 cup mixed green leafy vegetables such as spinach, chard or kale.
1/2 cup of an assortment of root vegetables such as carrots, beets or yams.
1/2 teaspoon of a mixture of garlic paste and minced ginger
2 to 4 teaspoons of spices: coriander, turmeric, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin.
1 and 2 cups of homemade vegetable broth made beforehand
Pinch of salt to taste
1 cup of water
1/2 cup red kidney beans (optional)

Methods:
Put on the stove and leave everything warmed over low heat until a pleasant scent begins to emerge.
In the meantime, take the assortment of green leafy vegetables and chop them before adding them to the pot.
