Ingredients:
6 medium Russet potatoes, chopped into small pieces.
1 onion chopped into small pieces
3 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces.
3 pieces of celery, chopped
6 pieces of bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces.
8 cups of vegetable or chicken soup.
1 measure of milk
1/2 cup of thick cream
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
3 tablespoons of flour. If needed, you can use corn starch instead.
1 cup of cheese grated into small pieces
