Delicious Caramel Chocolate Coffee Cake Roll

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, flour, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add a pinch of salt. Let caramel sauce cool slightly.
6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
