1 Lime sliced in half
3 to 4 Tbls Patak’s Tikka Masala Curry Paste
2 Tbls Olive Oil
Salt/pepper
Baby Potatoes slightly cooked with peel (you can replace with any other potatoes, but will need to peel and chop into bite size pieces)
400g (14.11oz) Can Coconut Milk
2 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Red Bell Pepper sliced and chopped
1 Broccoli sliced into florets
