Crunchy Crispy Fried Mushrooms with Cool Ranch Dip

In a shallow dish, combine the flour with salt and pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each mushroom in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with all mushrooms.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the mushrooms in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cool ranch dip. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the crunchy crispy fried mushrooms hot with the cool ranch dip on the side for dipping.
