Creamy Beef and Leek Pasta

Prepare the Beef and Tomato Sauce:
Sauté Onion and Garlic:
Heat a bit of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent and fragrant.
Cook Minced Beef:
Add the minced beef to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Add Wine and Tomatoes:
Pour in the dry red wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of salt, black pepper, sugar, and a pinch of nutmeg. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens into a rich sauce.
