Separate the dough into four equal pieces after unrolling it. After splitting a cheese stick lengthwise, put half on each side of a hot dog. Carefully round the hot dog, cheese, and pizza dough strip, being sure to overlap slightly in the middle. Carry out the same process with the remaining hot dogs, cheese sticks, and dough strips. On top of the sizzling chili, lay the wrapped hot dogs. (Be sure the chili is spicy.)
To get a light golden brown color on the dough, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
At the same time, melt the butter in a small microwave-safe cup over high heat. Mix in the parsley and garlic powder.
Bake dish should be taken out the oven. Dip each cheese dog in the butter mixture and brush it on top. Serve right away.
