CHICKEN TORTILLA ROLL UPS

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:
Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, finely chopped red bell pepper, chopped black olives (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Assemble the Roll Ups:
Spread Filling:
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll Tortilla:

Starting at one end, tightly roll the tortilla up into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
