Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn with Bacon combines traditional comfort food ingredients to enhance your meal with a touch of gourmet flair. When I first created this, I had some doubts. I wanted to try a different dish instead of just having corn on the cob with butter. Because we love corn in this house, I decided to give my own twist to the traditional cheddar corn recipe. Even my children who are very selective with food enjoy it.

List of items needed to make a recipe.

4 cups of corn kernels that are frozen.

1 cup of grated strong cheddar cheese

6 pieces of cooked bacon, broken into small pieces.

1/2 cup of thick cream

1/4 cup of butter without salt, melted

1/4 teaspoon of powdered garlic

1/4 of a small spoon of paprika

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped (if desired)
