INGREDIENTS:
• 2 top cut hot dog buns
• 4 strips thick cut bacon
• 2 breakfast sausage links
• 1 russet potato
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese your preference!
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• chopped chives for garnish
