Chocolate Fondant and Mascarpone : A Gourmet Delicacy
Ingredients (for 6 to 8 people):
• 200 g of dark chocolate
• 250 g of mascarpone
• 4 eggs
• 75 g of icing sugar
• 40 g of flour
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation :
1. Preheating the oven:
• Preheat your oven to 150°C (th. 5).
2. Preparation of the chocolate:
• Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave (in 30 second intervals, stirring between each).
• Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
3. Incorporation of mascarpone:
• In a large salad bowl, mix the mascarpone to loosen it a little.
• Add the melted chocolate to the mascarpone and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
