Beginning your morning with a healthy drink full of nutrients can help you have a day full of energy and wellness. Mixing beet, carrot, and banana makes a tasty and healthy juice with many benefits. Here is how you can make this “Life Juice” and why it is good for your body.

List of ingredients:

1 average-sized beetroot

2 carrots of medium size

1 banana that is ready to eat

1 cup of water, or more if needed to reach the desired thickness.

You can add a little lemon juice for more taste.

Directions:

Get the vegetables ready.

Clean and remove the skin from the beets and carrots.

Cut them into small pieces to make it easier to blend.

Mix the ingredients together.

Put the diced beet, carrots, and banana in your blender.

Add the water to the cup to help mix the ingredients.

Mix until it’s all smooth. If the juice is too thick, you can pour in some more water.

Type of pressure or tension (if desired).

If you like your juice without pulp, you can filter it through a fine strainer or cheesecloth.

Press firmly with a spoon to get all the juice out.
