2. Put the cake mix, strawberry gelatin, pureed strawberries, eggs, vegetable oil, and water into a mixing dish. Be sure to mix well.
Third, grease and flour your cake pans. Pour batter into pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.
4. Cream together the cream cheese and softened butter. Beat until smooth.
Toss the cream cheese mixture with 1/4 cup of strawberry puree and strawberry essence. Blend everything together.
When the mixture is smooth and creamy, add the confectioners’ sugar gradually while beating.
When the cake has cooled, spread the strawberry cream cheese frosting over the layers.
